Wedding photography at Brighton Town Hall

On a sunny Monday in Brighton town, Holly and Freddie officially said their ‘I do’s’ in front of friends and family. It was full of smiles, joy and hugs and it was an absolute pleasure to be involved. Wedding photography at Brighton Town Hall is ideal. There’s a choice of rooms depending on the number of people and it’s centrally located so you can move onto your place of celebration with ease.

The ceremony

I loved the fact Freddie and Holly bucked the tradition of walking down the aisle with a relative. This joyous couple walked in together towards their emotional family. It was a beautiful start to this personal ceremony which ended with yet more huge smiles and hugs outside the town hall.

Short Brighton walkabout

When you’re booked for an elopement – time is often precious with the photographer. Luckily due to the fantastic location of the town hall it enables you to have the shortest of walks to get a few extra shots. It adds a bit of depth to your gallery and gives you snapshot of Brighton’s cool and quirky vibe.

Holly and Freddie moved on from their short walkabout to the Plateau restaurant – again just yards from the town hall. A beautifully decorated fab wine and cocktail bar which serves small plates from fresh Sussex produce.

Reasons to elope in Brighton

  1. It’s one of the UK’s coolest and unique cities.
  2. If you wanted, you could have photos with a city, seaside and countryside feel to them. I’ve photographed A LOT here and know all the best places to go. See here for more inspiration. And here.
  3. There are many venues all with a different vibe where you can tie the knot. From the Royal Pavilion, to the Bandstand, the town hall and even a Secret Garden in Kemp Town.
