Wedding photography in Brighton

Wedding photography in Brighton is never the same on any particular day. And this was no exception. March can often be a little temperamental but to have four seasons in the space of a few hours was an experience! Perhaps not all four seasons, as actually, we didn’t see the sunshine. But nothing was going to deter Eva and James who got married at Brighton town hall with a close selection of family and friends.

Ceremony

Eva chose to walk down the aisle on her own – go Eva! The groom’s emotion was clear for all to see as she walked towards him and from there they barely took their eyes off each other. James and Eva are clearly besotted and it was a moving and touching ceremony. Eva’s sister did a reading followed by James’ mother. A few shots on the glorious staircase in the town hall before heading out to confetti and bubbles!

Walkabout

With a two hour micro wedding you always have time for a quick walkabout Brighton’s infamous streets. Due to the imminent wind, hail and rain we whizzed around the side streets and onto the blustery seafront for some beach shots. They were both troopers as it was very cold!

Congratualtions to this lovely couple. It was a joy to photograph this wedding. For more Brighton wedding inspo check this out. I absolutely love photographing weddings in my home town. There’s so much variety and no two weddings are the same. Iconic architecture, sea views, the north and south lanes, they all lend themselves for fab and varied shots.
