We were super conscious of not wanting lots of posed pictures or a photographer who disrupted the atmosphere of the day, but we also wanted lovely pictures that we could keep forever. Ceremony
Ioana and Rob decided to have their very special ceremony beforehand at Hurstpierpoint College Chapel. Ioana spent her A levels years here and wanted to step back into a place of nostalgia surrounded by friends and family. It’s a beautiful chapel and even though we didn’t fill the pews the atmosphere was personal and incredibly special. After tea and cakes on the front lawn guests made their way to Stanmer House.
Reception
Stanmer House is a stunning 18th-century manor surrounded by picturesque gardens and woodlands. What truly sets Stanmer House apart is its stunning gardens and woodland surroundings. You can exchange your vows in the gardens or inside the stunning choice of reception rooms. The best advice is to go and see it for yourselves! You won’t be disappointed.
Ioana and Rob partied away with friends and family on one of the hottest days of the year. Blessed with a golden hour we wandered along in the countryside just minutes from the house. It’s the best of both worlds and if you’re thinking of getting married here please do get in touch.
