Northumberland countryside wedding
Photographing a Northumberland countryside wedding is rarely going to disappoint. The landscapes up here are absolutely stunning and totally underrated in my opinion! This is my third wedding for the Moralee family and once again an honour to be asked back. I have been the wedding photographer for two of Pete’s sisters as well – see here for more Moralee wedding action fun and happiness up in Northumberland.
fun and happiness in northumberaland
This family know how to party and fun and happiness is always high on the agenda. Pete is the youngest of four siblings and for once it was his chance to have his moment and for this sisters to take a back seat! Pete and Kim married at a local village church before heading to their The Bosk hidden away in the absolutely stunning Northumberland countryside near Alnwick. Resting at the foot of the Cheviot Hills this is a top notch rural countryside wedding an absolutely amazing venue to have a Northumberland countryside wedding.
golden hour in the cheviot hills
Of course every couple (and photographer!) hope for that golden hour where you can get some cracking shots in stunning and flattering light. With the dramatic landscapes you find here having golden hour in the Cheviot Hills was a total treat. Kim and Pete had an awesome day surrounded by closest friends and family. The speeches were some of the best I’ve heard and the banter between everyone was second to none. Pete had a lot to do with the creation of The Bosk. Down to the cork hand made bar to the hanging chandeliers made out of champagne glasses. The partying went on well into the small hours which topped off this totally fab day. Do not hesitate to contact this amazing family if you are looking for a wedding in this area. The family are a total delight and you won’t regret getting married here. At any time of year!
