Engagement shoot at Stanmer Park Brighton
“Really great to meet you, thanks for making two awkward people feel comfortable! We love the photos”.
It’s that time of year when I’m off mid week doing engagement shoots. And it reminds me again of how beneficial they can be. This engagement shoot at Stanmer Park in Brighton with Rosie and Tim was blessed with a sunny evening. Neither were particularly keen on having their photo taken and this is exactly why we do these shoots. In fact, it’s not only that, but to meet in person before the big day. Zoom is all well and good but it doesn’t beat meeting people, filter free, face to face. These shoots are as much to do with building a bond as they are about the photos.
Stanmer Park
A beautiful area covering 5000 acres it’s the perfect place to meet for a quiet walk and chat. And with its proximity to Brighton it’s easy to get to as well. We had some lovely evening light – hopefully a good omen for their big day in July at Hawthbush Farm.
