Buxted Park wedding

This was my first time doing a Buxted Park wedding and what a location! This is one stunning house and beautiful grounds to match made this the perfect venue for PJ and Paul. The guys got ready in the accommodation on site before making their way to the awesome outdoor ceremony.

parkland ceremony

A Buxted Park wedding can cater for all with the option of indoor and outdoor ceremonies. PJ and Paul were blessed with a beautiful sunny day so there was no danger of being caught out with any rain. PJ walked down the aisle with his best friend and Paul with his mother. And their ceremony was one of the most emotional ones I’ve ever done. Personal vows coupled with their best men speaking as well, there weren’t many dry eyes by the end. Buxted Park is set among 300 acres of parkland which makes for a perfect backdrop as well giving the feeling of immense space.

reception and party games

After some reception drinks on the front lawn of this stunning house, we had a wonderful walk around the grounds for some couple shots. The guys also totally rocked the stone pillar photos and made my job easy being so relaxed with the camera! Guests enjoyed party games on the lawn with a gigantic connect 4 and high jenga blocks. I don’t think I’ve ever seen such a serious game of jenga before! Buxted Park is also wonderful on the inside and has a beautiful dining room which is where the dinner was held. The speeches were as emotional as the ceremony vows complete a lot of laughs. PJ and Paul then kicked off the evening partying with a first dance. A great bunch of people to spend with, I am truly grateful you chose me to be your wedding photographer. Congratulations again! See here for more Buxted Park weddings.
